3. License And Usage

Access may vary based on your purchase, including front-end access, Pro upgrades, AI Search Optimizer access, DFY Campaign Vault access, or Agency License access.

You may use the software according to the rights included with your purchase.

4. Agency License

The Agency License provides commercial client usage rights and agency resources.

Agency/client campaign generation may require connecting your own AI API key.

The Agency License does not guarantee clients, income, agency results, traffic, sales, or business growth.

You are responsible for your own client relationships, pricing, fulfillment, promises, and results.

5. AI-Generated Content

TrafficForge AI may generate AI-assisted content.

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that requires editing.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and approving any content before publishing or using it.

TrafficForge AI is a content assistance tool, not a replacement for your own judgment, compliance review, or professional advice.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use TrafficForge AI to:

• Break any law or regulation
• Create misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content
• Make false earnings, income, health, financial, or legal claims
• Promote illegal products or services
• Spam users or platforms
• Violate third-party platform rules
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property

TrafficForge AI may reference third-party platforms such as WarriorPlus, OpenAI, Google, Meta, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.

TrafficForge AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by these platforms.

You are responsible for following the rules, terms, and policies of any third-party platform you use.

8. API Usage

Some features may allow you to connect your own AI API key.

You are responsible for any costs, usage, limits, or billing from your AI provider.

TrafficForge AI is not responsible for charges from your third-party API provider.

9. Product Updates

We may update, improve, modify, remove, or replace features at any time.

We may make changes to improve performance, security, compliance, or user experience.

10. Availability

We aim to keep TrafficForge AI available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, hosting issues, API issues, or third-party service interruptions.
